Storing Payment Information

Credit and debit cards are our most commonly used form of payment, and ensuring the security and handling of your data is our top priority. All credit and debit card payment processing is managed by Stripe, one of the world's largest payment processors, renowned for its outstanding track record in security and data protection. We do not store any credit or debit card data ourselves. Instead, this information is securely tokenized and processed directly through Stripe. For subsequent payments, Stripe utilizes the tokenized data it holds for re-billing purposes.

Upgrading your plan

To upgrade your plan, follow these steps: 1. Go to your account settings in the web app. 2. Navigate to "Subscription". 3. You may be prompted to cancel your current subscription first. Don't worry, this is a necessary step to upgrade. 4. Please note that pro-rata refunds are not possible, so we recommend upgrading close to your renewal date or if you're nearing the maximum capacity of your storage allowance.
