To upload via the Android app:

Press the + button.

Choose from options:

"Take a photo": Capture a photo for automatic upload to your cloud.

"Upload folder": Select a folder from your device for upload.

"Upload files": Choose from recent files to upload.

If selecting "Upload files", navigate to the menu in the top left to choose the source and specific files for upload.
