The Trash section serves as a repository for all deleted files from your main 'MyIcedrive' section. Files remain here indefinitely until you decide to empty the trash section. It's important to note that files stored in the trash section still count towards your total storage amount.
Here's how to manage your files in the Trash section:

Accessing the Trash: Navigate to the Trash section from the sidebar menu in the web app.

Permanently Deleting Files: To permanently delete files from your cloud, click the 'Erase All' button located in the top right corner of the Trash section.

Restoring Files: If you wish to restore files from the Trash to your main cloud section, right-click on the file you want to restore and select "Restore" from the context menu.

Recovering Deleted Files: If you've deleted files from the Trash section and require assistance, reach out to us via support ticket or email within a week after clearing your trash section. Our team will endeavor to assist you in recovering the files from our database, although restoration cannot be guaranteed.
