To create a public share link:

Right-click the file/folder you wish to share.

Click on 'Public Link' and enable it. This will generate a public share link to that file/folder.
Once enabled, you can also customize the settings of the public link, such as:

Setting an expiration date

Setting a download cap

Disabling downloading of the link

Assigning an access password
