Confirmation Code ( New Users )

  1. Sign Up: After initiating the sign-up process on the Icedrive website, you'll be prompted to provide your email address.

  2. Check Email: Once you've entered your email, a confirmation email containing a 4-digit code will be sent to the provided email address.

  3. Check Spam/Junk Folder: If you don't see the confirmation email in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder as it may have been filtered there.

  4. Retrieve Code: Open the confirmation email and locate the 4-digit code provided within it.

  5. Enter Code: Return to the Icedrive sign-up page or app and enter the 4-digit code into the designated field.

  6. Complete Registration: Once the code is entered correctly, follow the prompts to complete the registration process and set up your Icedrive account.

  7. Contact Support if Needed: If you haven't received the confirmation email after some time, or if you encounter any issues during the sign-up process, reach out to Icedrive support via support ticket or through the Live Chat for further assistance.
